Daming tao pa rin sa mundo na dahil sa kakulangan sa pinansyal, napipilitang bumili ng mga piratang bagay kagaya ng DVD, Audio CD, Chocolates, Damit, etc. Ito yung mga madalas mong makita sa kalye ng Divisoria, Quiapo at kung saan saan pa. Naitanong ko na rin minsan sa sarili ko na kung ano nga ba talaga mapapala ko sa pag bili ng mga japeyks.
Una magkamukha nga sila, ang pinagkaiba presyo. Mas sobrang bagsak presyo ang mga pirated stuffs, so sobrang cheap akala mo panalo ka na. Ang di natin narerealize is yung kalidad ng bawat binibili natin. Minsan sa sobrang baba ng uri ng material na ginagamit sa kanya nauuwi sa sayang ang lahat.
Buying pirated GUNPLA was a big NO NO to me, the only point i can use it is on dioramas but heckers, for everything else there's always Erwin Baino (Shameless plug for pareng Erwin) who always sells gunpla scraps, so i wont be needing it. Sosyal pa scraps ko Bandai pa! Back to my topic... bootleg supporters says that on Pirated Gunpla's you can get the same satisfaction with the Bandai's original kit. Plus you save a lot of bucks on buying one. Ok, so i tried to buy one to see it for myself. Excited i may be, it took me more than two hours to built a 1/144 kit, i can finish a snap-built gunpla in less than 45 minutes averagely. The plastics are very poor in means of quality, inconsistent connectors, Polycaps got some excess plastics which affects the whole building process. At the end of day, all i got is a bunch of stupid dismantled gunpla. Such a waste, others call it "EPIC FAIL!" So, I proved that these pirated gunplas are really a waste of time, money and effort. No satisfaction in my end. I wasted a 250 bucks for a crappy gunpla.I could buy a cheap built Bandai Gunpla in Mechapinoy or some forum site. I went back to a page where i saw someone humbly proud of his pirated gunpla collections and even got a review of each pirated kits that he got, i raised my middle finger... laughed at his delusional reviews, crossed out the page and never visited the page again.
